Elysium AI
A conversational scheduling assistant that lives inside Elysium. It learns your preferences through natural conversation and stores your memory locally — never in the cloud.

Getting started
Elysium AI is available on macOS and iOS. To enable it:
- 1.Open Settings in Elysium.
- 2.Navigate to the AI section.
- 3.Tap Enable Elysium AI. You'll be prompted to subscribe if you haven't already.
- 4.The onboarding conversation begins immediately.
Onboarding conversation
When you first enable Elysium AI, it starts a short onboarding conversation to learn your scheduling preferences. This is optional but recommended — the more it knows about you, the better it can help.
Topics it may ask about:
- What time you usually wake up and start work
- When you do your best focused work (morning, afternoon, evening)
- How you prefer to break up your day
- How you handle recurring habits and routines
- Any scheduling constraints you want it to respect
You can skip any question. Your answers are stored in your local AI memory file — you can update or clear them at any time.
What Elysium AI can do
Schedule items in natural language
Describe what you need to do and when — Elysium AI creates the tasks, goals, events, and reminders.
Batch scheduling
Hand off your entire week in one message: "Schedule my week — report Monday, gym Tuesday/Thursday 7am, calls Wednesday afternoon."
Reschedule and reorganize
Ask it to move items, resolve conflicts, or find gaps: "Move Friday's tasks to Monday and fill the empty slots."
Project and goal planning
Create full project hierarchies: "Set up Q2 launch with a goal, milestones, and a task list."
Energy-aware scheduling
It remembers your best focus windows and suggests timing accordingly — no reconfiguring every time.
Context-aware suggestions
It knows what's already on your schedule and works around it rather than creating conflicts.
Example prompts
“Schedule my entire week: finish the Q1 report Monday morning, team standup Tuesday/Thursday at 10am, dentist Friday at 2pm.”
“Create a project called "Website Redesign" with a goal of launching by March 31 and tasks for design, dev, and QA.”
“Move everything scheduled for Friday to Monday and Tuesday — find the best time slots based on my usual schedule.”
“I need to study for an exam next week. I have 3 hours total. Split it across my evenings.”
“Set a recurring habit to review my goals every Sunday evening at 7pm.”
“What's on my schedule for this week? Anything I should reschedule?”
Message limits
| Plan | Messages/month | Resets |
|---|---|---|
| Free + AI | 200 | 1st of each month |
| Basic + AI | 200 | 1st of each month |
| Pro | Unlimited | — |
A "message" is one exchange with Elysium AI (your prompt + its response). Onboarding questions count toward your limit. Message counts reset on the 1st of each month.
Your AI memory
Elysium AI stores everything it learns about you — your preferences, routines, and context — in a local file on your device. This file is never sent to any server. Elysium cannot read it. It is encrypted at rest by your operating system.
To manage your AI memory:
- Go to Settings → AI → Memory to view or edit your memory file.
- Tap Clear Memory to reset your preferences — the next conversation starts fresh.
- The memory file is backed up with your other local data if you enable iCloud Drive.
