Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades and downgrades between paid plans are immediate and prorated. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Apple Pay for in-app purchases.
Is there a refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. See our Refund Policy for details.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted—it stays on your computer in OpenTime format, and we keep it in the cloud unless you completely cancel your account. Downgrading from Pro to Basic removes team and contributor functionality. Downgrading to Free removes all collaboration and syncing features, but everything you've created stays yours.

What is Roadmap Vote Weight?
Inside the app, you can vote on upcoming features to help prioritize what gets built next. Basic and Pro subscribers get increased vote weight compared to free users. This means paying users have a bigger say in shaping Elysium's future—because you're invested in it.
What is Elysium AI?
Elysium AI is a conversational scheduling assistant built into Elysium. It can schedule your entire week in one message, learns your energy patterns and preferences, and stores your memory in a local file on your device — never in the cloud. Available on macOS and iOS.
What is BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI)?
BYOAI lets you use Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI with file access to read and write your Elysium schedule. It's free — no Elysium AI subscription required. Elysium auto-generates a reference file in your OpenTime folder so your AI understands the format. Set up BYOAI →
What counts as a message?
A message is one exchange with Elysium AI — your prompt and its response. Onboarding questions count toward your limit. Message counts reset on the 1st of each month. Pro plan users get unlimited messages.
