Creating a Habit
1. Choose your habit
Click + and select “New Habit”. Give it a clear, action-oriented name like “Exercise for 30 minutes” or “Read 10 pages”.
2. Set the frequency
Choose how often: every day, specific days (Mon/Wed/Fri), or a custom pattern (every 3 days).
3. Add a reminder (optional)
Set a time to be reminded. Consistency is easier when you tie habits to specific times.
4. Start tracking
Each day, mark your habit as complete. Watch your streak grow and celebrate milestones.
Tips for Success
- Start small - A 5-minute habit is better than an hour-long goal you never start.
- Stack habits - Attach new habits to existing routines (“After I brush my teeth, I'll meditate”).
- Don't break the chain - Streaks are powerful motivators. Protect yours.
